My first half marathon. 13.1 miles! Never thought I would complete that ... let alone enjoy it. It was cold (the forecast was high in the 30's, with rain and snow). F
Finished in 2 hrs. 11 min. Certainly not the fastest but I wasn't in it for the speed, but simply to finish!
My old running shoes ... they have carried me many of miles ... in the early morning hours, the rain, the snow, the 100 degree temperatures. And now my first half marathon!
